Like you, I'm not a one size fits all kind of person. 

I've been a publicist, a digital correspondent, a marketing director of food and travel writer, an armchair sleuth, a  lifestyle segment producer, and most recently a private investigator. And just like you, I have survived life's ups and downs with a laundry list of curveballs. 

The devastating loss of my daughter who died in a car accident.

I created this podcast to take you for a deep dive into real-world,  life-changing conversations that I hope resonate with and uplift you, and no matter where you are on your journey. My hope is that I bring a smile and a good belly laugh too.
